PIONE3R Strength Membership
Strength training that fits your real life.
Most busy adults — especially professionals and parents — want to stay active, but life keeps getting in the way. Between long workdays, kids’ schedules, and exhaustion, workouts often fall last on the list. Then when you do make it to the gym, you’re not sure what to do — or if what you’re doing is even helping.
That’s where PIONE3R Strength comes in.
You don’t need two hours a day to get stronger, move better, and feel good again.
Which Program Do I Pick?
Dumbbell Membership:
This program utilizes mainly dumbbell training, although you can use kettlebells or other handheld objects if you already have them. Whether you don’t have access to a barbell, or just prefer dumbbells, this would be a good fit for you.
Barbell Membership:
This program utilizes a mixture of barbell training with dumbbell training. Common examples of exercises performed with the barbell may include barbell squats, deadlifts, bench press, hip thrusts, etc.
Build strength that lasts — so you can move well, stay healthy, and keep doing the things you love for years to come without spending endless hours in the gym.

30-40 Minute Workouts, Three Times a Week
Short enough to fit your schedule, long enough to make real progress. We focus on helping you get the biggest bang-for-your-buck, without neglecting other commitments in your life. Includes one additional optional workout.
-

Full-Body Focused
We prioritize compound lifts and smart progressions to improve how you move, not just how you look. Every four weeks, programming shifts to keep you progressing safely without burnout.
-

Built With Intention, Not Randomness
You’ll follow a structured plan designed by physical therapists — not another cookie-cutter routine. We focus on form, recovery, and longevity, balancing strength with mobility and long-term health.
-

Adaptable to Any Setting
Whether you’re training at home with minimal equipment or in a full gym, the app provides exercise variations and clear video demos so you can get the most out of your workouts anywhere.
Created by Physical Therapists Who Actually Lift
Led by Dr. Alexis Shoope, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS and Dr. Kasey Hankins, PT, DPT, OCS, we’ve helped hundreds of patients and clients bridge the gap between rehab and performance.
We built PIONE3R Strength for people like us — those who value their health but don’t have time to waste on guessing. You’ll get science-backed programming designed to:
Improve strength and function
Improve recovery following injuries
Support long-term joint and muscle health
No fluff. Just training that works.

Both programs are very similar in the movement patterns that are performed, ideal intensity, and the program design. The main difference would be whether you prefer (or have access) to barbells, dumbbells, or both.
The barbell program will use barbells and dumbbells, whereas the dumbbell program will not have barbells, and just use dumbbells.

No problem! Even if you are able to complete some of the workouts, that can still be helpful with building healthy benefits and consistency.
Many clients have restrictions in their workouts due to travel, fitness levels, and other commitments that require their time. Do what you can consistently, even if you can’t do everything written in the program.
-
This program does not include coaching or changes to the program for individuals. However, we do offer custom programs in case you would prefer that!

While this membership is designed by physical therapists, most of our clients dealing with pain need an assessment to see what the problem is and how to solve it. We would suggest that you schedule either an in-person (if local to Houston, TX) or virtual evaluation with us to see what this looks like for you before committing to the strength membership. If already a member and pain is experienced, you can also schedule an in-person or virtual evaluation to help. Reach out to info@pionie3rpt.com to get assistance.
