Our Process:

Our 3-step process will help get you out of pain, get you back to your goals, and help you to prevent it from coming back.

Our Treatments

At PIONE3R, we believe that there are many treatments we can use as tools to help you manage symptoms. However, our plans of care are centered around helping you get long-term results so you can live the life you want.

Manual Therapy

Manual Therapy just refers to a type of hands-on treatment that helps provide pain-relief. When paired with exercise, it can help manage symptoms while working towards long-term goals. We will never push this on people who don’t want it, but it is an option.

Exercise Therapy

One of the best methods our research supports for helping you get stronger, managing symptoms, and building resilience. We guide you through exercises specific to your goals and tolerance, and teach you what is okay to feel and what to avoid.

Dry Needling

We use dry needling to reduce muscle tension, improve tissue mobility, and decrease pain. When paired with exercise, it can help manage symptoms while working towards long-term goals. We will never push this on people who don’t want it.

  • Back pain

  • Hip pain

  • Knee pain

  • Shoulder pain

  • Neck pain

  • Improvements in bone density and mobility

What life looks like on the other side.

What if you were able to workout without worrying if you would pay for it later? Or be able to get up and down from the floor without having to use furniture to pull yourself up?

What would it feel like to go through life without feeling fragile?

Many of our patients change their goals as they go through physical therapy because they had no idea what they were capable of until they got started.

What goals are waiting for you?
